It is our policy to provide you with a complete written report, an itemized invoice, and duplication
of video film or photos within 72 hours. Rush assignments are usually handled within 24 hours.
In addition, we provide two million dollars of liability insurance, including errors and omissions to protect
our clients throughout the course of our investigations.
Our staff is on duty 24 hours to assist you in emergencies and to confidentially answer any questions or
concerns you may have. We provide a full time office staff and all calls are strictly confidential and
carefully screened to provide the utmost security.
